Veronica and her husband, Craig own and manage Green Tree Realty, a Portland, Maine real estate agency and Schneider Property Management which offers over 200 rental units in the Greater Portland area. Bio: Shawn was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine. After graduating High School, Shawn accepted a full-boat scholarship to Thomas College Business School in Waterville, Maine where he graduated with a 3.8 GPA and received his Bachelor's in Accounting Informational Systems. After college Shawn moved to Portland, and has now lived in the Portland area for 13 years with his wife Semoy and two daughters Ana and Sophia. Shawn has been a CPA for a local public accounting firm, and CFO of a mid-size telecommunications company in New Hampshire. Shawn started investing in Portland and Lewiston real estate about 10 years ago and had so much success that he was able to stop working for other people.

Bio: As a real estate agent, I rely on the combined skills of my education and my career experiences to manage the process of buying or selling your home. I have been involved in real estate transactions for over 15 years, in three different countries and on both coasts of the US. My career experiences have taken me through a variety of circumstances from scientific research to arts-based non-profits. I have a bachelor's degree in art history, another one in sociology and have completed over 4 years of PhD study in social/political theory. This course of study has provided me with a great appreciation for art, architecture, structures and spaces as well as how people live in them. After interviewing countless people for social research I have learned that the most important feature for any professional, particularly a real estate agent, is to listen carefully to the needs of a client. By asking relevant questions and focusing on primary goals I am able to help clients achieve their real estate ambitions. Bio: Born and raised in South Portland, Maine, Amelia joins Green Tree Realty as Veronica Schneider's personal assistant. New to the real estate industry, but currently pursuing her real estate license, Amelia brings with her a Bachelor's Degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix - and years of experience - in Web and graphic design. Her primary responsibility is to maintain and review all files (for all agents in the company) to ensure client satisfaction and that all agents comply with Maine Real Estate Commission laws and regulations. Amelia also handles the Web site updates, advertising and marketing for the company by updating Craigslist advertisements and maintaining social media platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Bio: I have an extensive knowledge of the greater Portland real estate markets and particularly the Westbrook housing market! I specialize in working with buyers and sellers new to the market. My introduction to real estate came while working with my father, a local contractor, during summers while growing up. I live in Westbrook, I have been married for 16 years, and I have 3 beautiful children.

Bio: Growing up in South Portland and Cape Elizabeth, and currently living in Beautiful Scarborough have made me aware of just how unique Southern Maine can be. We in Southern Maine have the rare opportunity to enjoy so many different things the communities and the surrounding environment provide. Having lived a number of years on the West Coast while attending the University of Oregon, and eventually returning to Maine only reaffirmed my belief that we live in a unique area. I have been involved with real estate sales since 2002. Prior to real estate I developed a number of different contracting trades. Landscape construction, masonry, painting, and carpentry are all trades I have learned prior to, and during my real estate career. My life experience will bring a wide range of knowledge to your real estate transaction.

While I am not selling real estate you will most likely find me with my fiancée Teresa, and my Boxer named Marley. I also play for Howie's Hornet's in the Greater Portland Industrial Hockey League. Sunday night is Hockey night. Fishing, cooking, or projects around the house are ways I like to relax. Saltwater fishing primarily Striped Bass are what I fish for. Italian dishes, or BBQ are my culinary favorites. I can always find a project to tinker with around my house.

Bio: Michele is a Maine native, born and raised in Portland. She represents both buyers and sellers and specializes in the Greater Portland area. Michele has extensive experience in office management and customer service. Prior to joining Green Tree Realty, she co-owned and managed a small business in Portland with her husband.

Michele understands what is important to her clients. She knows that buying or selling a home is a major decision. She is honest and diligent in her commitments to her clients. Michele's strong work ethic will ensure a positive and satisfying experience for those she is representing.

Michele enjoys spending time at her home in North Deering with her husband Ken, and their 3 daughters. She prides herself in being an involved parent and is passionate about watching her children play softball, basketball and soccer as well as the occasional theatrical performance. She volunteers in Portland North Little League, the same league that she played in as a child. The past 2 years Michele served on the Board of Directors as Director of Major League Girls Softball and presently stays involved by coaching and announcing the girl's games.

Bio: Craig is a lifelong resident of the state of Maine, having lived in numerous seacoast towns from Cape Elizabeth to Camden. He is a Viet Nam veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Westbrook College and Associate degrees in Business Management and Architectural Drafting & Civil Engineering Technology. Prior to joining Green Tree, Craig surveyed and designed subdivisions and was involved in all aspects of Civil Engineering from design to inspection. He was a Certified Engineering Technician and was employed by both private and municipal engineering departments. Currently he is the Clubhouse Manager for a Professional Baseball team and a Postal Service retiree.

Craig is a member of the National, State and Local Realtors Organizations, and specializes in the needs of senior citizens and Residential and Recreational properties.

Bio: Craig was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He was a graduate of Portland High school in 1998, and continued his education at SMCC, and University of Southern Maine.

Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, Craig worked as a Clubhouse Manager in the The Florida Marlins and The Boston RedSox organizations. This enabled him to explore and experience the country and what it had to offer. Craig now resides in Yarmouth, Maine with his wife Jessica and there Chihuahua Carlos.
